She always makes everything with love, and that's the truth, and that's why everything is always soooo yummy!
Her secret to the best flaky crust is freezing the butter and shortening together, and then grating it with a grater into the flour mixture. Isn't that just a fabulous idea? I will be doing that the next time I get it in me to whip up a pie.
That's her and grandpa Ron, they are a pretty fun bunch, and it has been a delight seeing them this week as they were visiting Denver!
