This weekend started off with October 1st...

 (wow, it's October already?!?). This obligated me to pull out the Halloween decorations...

And to go buy various autumn scented candles...

The first weekend of October also always means, General Conference.  We get to hear from the living prophet and apostles that are here on earth today.  They are truely inspired men acting as mouthpieces of God. I feel very renewed after hearing their inspiring words! How wonderful it is to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

Watching Conference.. Kenz are you sleeping?!?. Haha. Broadcast via satellite so we can watch in the comfort of our (mom and dad's) home!
The whole time we got to smell and enjoy mom's cooking in the kitchen.  The highlights including sausage bread, peach cobbler and homemade rolls...

We ended the night with some giggles...

We played this for hours... and laughed the whole time because we are all SO funny :)
