I love cupcakes. They are simply a small cake designed to serve one person, and they are yummy and delightful.   

I forgot to post these under Rick's graduation post.  Graduation cap cupcakes!  I just made chocolate cupcakes, flipped them upside down, used chocolate frosting to glue chocolate covered graham crackers to the top. Then I used tube frosting and m&m's for the tassel. 

Cute AND tasty!!

We got 16 Candles on one cupcake, for my sister's Sweet 16th birthday.
